Who are the Guides?
Our Certified LifeGuides® are amazing humans, who love helping others on their life journey. They are highly qualified based on their life experiences, credentials, and education.
In one-to-one sessions, Guides share their wisdom and provide employees with a toolkit to learn and overcome. Guides are aided by our Intelligence Assistance® software, which offers real-time, in-session “knowledge augmentation”.
We have a rigorous selection and training process for our Guides, continually monitor them for quality, and offer Guide to Guide coaching sessions. Our Guides can set their own schedules, and are paid a living wage.
It’s life experience on demand.
How does LifeGuides fit in with existing benefits?
LifeGuides doesn’t replace your existing wellbeing & wellness benefits—it complements them.
Among existing benefits, LifeGuides presents a completely unique service: one-to-one, personalized guidance with empathetic Guides, who have been through the same life event. Our Guides live within the intersection of mentoring, coaching, executive education, concierge services, positive psychology and talking to a good friend.
Employees don’t always feel like they need an EAP to help with a crisis, or formal therapy sessions. Sometimes they just need to hear from someone with relevant and timely life experience—that’s where LifeGuides comes in. Additionally, we can help increase utilization of other benefits via Guide referrals.
